Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship both domestically within the United States and internationally to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom (UK)

  • European Union (EU)

  • Canada (CA)

  • Australia (AUS)

  • New Zealand (NZ)

  • Puerto Rico (PR)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Any future country or region restrictions will be updated here in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping (US) – Subscriptions qualify for free standard ground shipping.

  • Orders Under $100.00 (US) – Flat rate of $1.99 (USD) for standard ground shipping.

  • International Shipping - Rates calculated at checkout

3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM MST are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST are processed the next business day.

  • Orders are processed five days a week.

  • Carrier pickups occur Monday–Friday only.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (Ground) – Estimated delivery 3–5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery 2–3 business days.

  • International Shipping – Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.

5. Order Tracking

  • Customers receive an order confirmation email once their purchase is placed.

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent when the order has shipped.

  • Tracking details are provided via the email address used at checkout.

7. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit:

  • We will reship the product or issue a full refund promptly.

8. Restrictions

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes in the U.S. via applicable carriers.

  • International shipments are available only to the listed countries/regions above.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

9. GDPR & Privacy Compliance

When you place an order, we collect personal data (name, shipping address, contact details) only to process and deliver your order.

Your information is shared with shipping carriers solely for fulfillment purposes.
