Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to the Awesome Aminos Affiliate Marketing Program, powered by Social Snowball. This program is designed to reward our affiliates for referring new customers to our products. By completing your application and participating in this program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Awesome Aminos in relation to the Affiliate Program. Where these terms conflict with any other agreement or understanding you may have in place with a third party, these terms take precedence for all matters relating to your participation in the Awesome Aminos Affiliate Program.

1. Eligibility
1.1 To be eligible for the Awesome Aminos Affiliate Program, you must be 18 years of age or older and have an active, valid method of receiving payment.
1.2 Awesome Aminos reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
1.3 Participation in the programme is personal to you. You may not transfer, assign, or sub-licence your affiliate account or referral links to any other individual or entity.

2. Program Participation
2.1 Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral code and/or link to share with your audience.
2.2 Commissions are earned on qualifying sales directly attributable to your referral code or link.
2.3 You are responsible for ensuring your promotional methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising disclosure requirements (e.g. clearly labelling content as a paid partnership or affiliate promotion where required).
2.4 You must not use misleading, deceptive, or false claims when promoting Awesome Aminos products. All content must be honest and reflect your genuine experience.

3. Commission and Payments
3.1 Your commission rate will be confirmed upon approval to the programme. Current rates are subject to change at Awesome Aminos' discretion. You will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
3.2 Commissions are only payable once payment has been collected from the referred customer. Returned or cancelled orders will result in the corresponding commission being deducted from your balance.
3.3 All commissions are subject to review and verification by Awesome Aminos before payment is released. This process ensures the integrity of the programme and may result in a delay or temporary withholding of payment while a review is carried out.
3.4 Commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or misleading methods will be voided in full. This includes, but is not limited to, self-referrals, fake orders, and incentivised clicks.
3.5 Awesome Aminos reserves the right to withhold or delay payment of commissions while investigating any suspected breach of these terms.

4. Coupon and Deal Sites
4.1 Sharing your referral code or link on coupon or deal websites — including but not limited to CouponBird and Honey — is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Affiliates found to be sharing, or knowingly allowing their codes to be shared, on such sites will be immediately removed from the programme and will forfeit all pending commissions.
4.3 If you become aware that your code has been shared on a coupon site without your authorisation, you must notify Awesome Aminos immediately at collabs@awesomeaminos.com.

5. Competitor Brands
5.1 By joining the Awesome Aminos Affiliate Program, you agree not to simultaneously promote, represent, or act as an affiliate or paid partner for any brand that is a direct competitor to Awesome Aminos. For the purposes of this clause, a direct competitor is defined as any brand whose primary product is an essential amino acid supplement in gummy form.
5.2 If you are currently working with a direct competitor at the time of applying, you must disclose this before your application is approved.
5.3 Awesome Aminos reserves the right to make the final determination on whether a brand constitutes a direct competitor under this clause.
5.4 Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination from the programme and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Awesome Aminos grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use its brand assets — including logos, product images, and approved promotional materials — solely for the purpose of promoting the Awesome Aminos Affiliate Program.
6.2 You may not alter, edit, or modify any Awesome Aminos brand assets without prior written consent.
6.3 All brand assets remain the sole property of Awesome Aminos at all times.

7. Content Rights and Usage
This section is important. Please read it carefully before agreeing to these terms.
7.1 By participating in the Awesome Aminos Affiliate Program, you grant Awesome Aminos a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, and display any content you create in connection with this programme. This includes, but is not limited to, photos, videos, reels, stories, TikToks, and captions.
7.2 This licence covers use across any of Awesome Aminos' marketing channels, including social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), the Awesome Aminos website, email marketing, and paid advertising — without Awesome Aminos being required to seek your permission on a case-by-case basis.
7.3 By agreeing to these terms, you are giving Awesome Aminos full and ongoing permission to use your content at any time, in any format, for any legitimate marketing purpose, for as long as Awesome Aminos chooses to do so.
7.4 Whitelisting: You agree that Awesome Aminos may, at its discretion, run paid advertising campaigns using your content and/or through your social media account. This is known as whitelisting or creator licensing. By agreeing to these terms, you are consenting to this in advance. No further permission will be required from you for individual campaigns.
7.5 You confirm that you are the original creator and sole owner of all content you produce in connection with this programme, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
7.6 You waive any right to additional compensation beyond your agreed affiliate commission for Awesome Aminos' use of your content under this clause.
7.7 The content licence granted under this section survives the termination of your affiliate relationship with Awesome Aminos.

8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time by providing written notice.
8.2 Awesome Aminos reserves the right to terminate your participation immediately and without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
8.3 Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Awesome Aminos branding, promotional materials, and referral links or codes.
8.4 Any content licences granted to Awesome Aminos under Section 7 remain in full effect following termination.
8.5 Commissions earned legitimately prior to termination will be paid in accordance with the standard payment schedule, provided no breach of these terms has occurred.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Awesome Aminos will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this agreement or the Affiliate Program.
9.2 Awesome Aminos makes no guarantee of earnings. Commission income will vary depending on your audience, content, and promotional activity.

10. Amendment
10.1 Awesome Aminos reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify affiliates in advance.
10.2 Continued participation in the programme following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Agreement
By submitting your application and participating in the Awesome Aminos Affiliate Marketing Program, you confirm that:
